We bit the bullet and put an offer on a house!!! It's one that we saw on Wednesday night and we really loved it. It's out of our price range at the moment, but we'll see what they say to our offer.
Keep your fingers crossed.
The great thing about this is that even if the seller reject our offer or don't come down on the price as much as we need, we have a couple of OTHER houses that we are interested in as well, so it's a nice dilemma to be in, rather than putting all of our hopes into this one house. But, it would be really, really great if this one worked out!
